Clear Site Data or Browser Cache

Site-only Instructions

Use this when you want to reset the cache of only one site instead of clearing your entire browser cache.

This is useful when you have an issue that doesn't show up when you test a page in an incognito/private browser.

Chrome

  1. Right click anywhere on the page

  2. Select Inspect

  3. Go the Application tab

  4. Click Clear Site Data

  5. Close that tab/window and retry

Firefox

  1. Right Click anywhere on the page

  2. Select Inspect

  3. Go the Storage tab

  4. On the left hand side, go through each section and right click each listing

  5. Select Delete All

  6. When finished, close that tab/window and retry

Clear Browser Cache Instructions

If that still doesn't work, try clearing the entire browser cache from the settings menu.

This will remove all cookies and cached data so you'll need to log into all your sites again.

Some might take longer than usual to load as well since they need to re-cache all the images.
