  • DNxHD LB Avid media and a bin. Please use the Avid Media folder structure and naming convention shown above. Please commit group edits if possible.
  • When turning over full episode cuts, please commit multi-cam edits for deliverables. If a sequence references prolonged, several-hour-long, sync-map group clips it will crash our systems.

Must follow and include the following:

  • An embedded audio AAF w/no groups, trims or unrendered sfx with PCM setting. (please refer to Audio Guidelines)
  • A bin containing the rough cut sequence w/no groups.
  • Keep track of your Media folders and be sure to include ALL associated media and Media folders when delivering
  • Please keep each individual Rough Cut and associated media to its own bin (do not include multiple Rough Cuts in one bin)
  • Consolidate each bin and associated Rough Cut separately NOT all together if possible
  • Ideally each Media folder would be associated with one individual Rough Cut and bin so they don’t spill over into other Media folders
  • Refrain from zipping any folders or media as it can cause issues with Aspera and on the processing side
