ET-Help Users: Help Connecting / Logging Into Elements

et-help:

"Hey guys, I'm unable to login to Elements"

"Hello! I am unable to connect to Elements via the Elements App..any ideas?"

 

If you are having trouble with Elements please go through these steps first. Then report in the generated et-help thread if it was resolved or if you need further help. 

 

1. On your Windows / Mac Host computer, open the Elements App. 

 

If the Server address field is blank, type in "elements.fox". Hit enter, or the arrow to continue. 

 

2. Enter your Okta credentials and select Log In. 

This can be your full email, or your shortname, with your Okta password. 

 

 3. Find the Workspace that you need to mount and click it to mount, as shown in the green icon "Connected". 

 

4. If this fixes your problem or if you need further assistance please respond to the generated et-help thread.
